Meet The Organizer

About Ana Valle Rivera 

Ana is a proud mother of three, a public speaker, a consultant, and the founder of Early Years Thriving. Since 2007 Ana has gained experience working with children and families using inclusive and trauma-informed approaches.

Through her passion for teaching, Ana has facilitated hundreds of educational workshops for thousands of ECEs, teachers, caregivers, and parents.

Through Early Years Thriving Ana provides leadership training in the form of Workshop Facilitator Training and she organizes yearly Online Summits for the Early Years community.

Ana has a background in ECE, a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Youth Care, and she is completing a Master's in Professional Education in ECE.

As the organizer, Ana is the best person to reach out to if you have any questions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a live or self-paced event?

The Online Summit will be live (dates to be determined) and will include live and pre-recorded aspects.
Participants who choose the free option can attend live only during the OPEN dates and times.
Participants will get other options to access recordings
Annual subscribers will get access to the recording for up to one year, along with the rest of our self paced library and while their subscription remains active.

How do I join the live event?

Join the waitlist and you will get updates via email!

What technology do I need to attend this workshop?

You will need access to a reliable internet connection (wifi) and a device with a screen and audio.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes shortly after you register for free or even for a recorded option, you will receive an email receipt and email confirmation.
If you do not receive any emails from us, please contact us immediately.
Sometimes this happens when you enter your email incorrectly during registration. 

What if I am late or miss the live event?

If you go for the free option you must attend during the OPEN dates and times.
If you purchase a recording option you can view the recordings at a later date.
If you are an annual subscriber you can view the recordings for as long as your subscription is active.

Will there be a recording of this event?

Participants are not allowed to record or take photos of presenter's intellectual property.
We will record and make the recordings available to participants who purchase a recording option.
 

Will I receive a Completion Certificate? 

Everyone is welcome to join us for free however Certificates of completion will only be available for those who purchase a recorded option. 

Will this PD be accepted by the ECE registry in my province or state?

Most of our live and self paced ECE trainings are widely accepted as PD hours by ECE registries.
However, it is up to you (the participant) to ensure the PD from this Online Summit will be accepted by the ECE authority in your province or state. 
Each certificate of completion will include our contact information so that we can support you to get PD hours from our offerings.
